Job summary

Northern Sydney Local Health District seeks a Property Manager to drive and implement property management strategies across NSLHD. You will oversee complex leasing, land dealings and asset planning to maximise rental returns and reduce risks.

You will provide high‑level advice on space utilisation, liaise with the Ministry of Health for procurement and disposal matters, and work with stakeholders to ensure policy compliance. Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander applicants encouraged.

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications in business, commerce or property or equivalent professional experience.
• Demonstrated experience in communication, stakeholder management, negotiation and conflict resolution to achieve required outcomes.
• Extensive experience managing and maintaining diverse property portfolios, including retail and non‑retail leasing arrangements.
• Excellent ability to effectively manage competing priorities, meet deadlines and prioritise workload in a complex property management environment.

Responsibilities

• Drive and implement property management strategies across NSLHD.
• Manage complex strategic property retail and non‑retail leasing, land dealings and asset planning analysis.
• Provide central liaison with the Ministry of Health/Health Infrastructure for procurement and disposal functions.
• Offer high‑level advice on property and lease options to enhance space utilisation and management.
• Engage widely with stakeholders and ensure compliance with policies and guidelines.
