Responsibilities

• Source and procure goods and services required for operations, ensuring compliance with procurement policies and procedures.
• Identify potential suppliers, conduct market research, and evaluate supplier capabilities, quality, and pricing to make informed sourcing decisions.
• Negotiate contracts, terms, and pricing with suppliers to secure favorable agreements and terms for the company.
• Coordinate procurement activities with internal stakeholders, including departments and project teams, to meet their procurement needs and timelines.
• Review purchase requisitions, create purchase orders, and track order status to ensure timely delivery of goods and services.
• Maintain accurate procurement records, documentation, and databases, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and audit standards.
