Henchman Products is seeking a Procurement & Logistics Coordinator to manage purchasing, supplier relationships, inventory planning, and logistics across the business. You will source materials efficiently, negotiate favourable terms, and ensure on-time delivery while contributing to process improvements.

Formación

• Proven experience in procurement, purchasing, supply chain, or logistics coordination.
• Demonstrated ability to manage supplier relationships and negotiate favourable commercial outcomes.
• Strong inventory management and stock control experience.
• Excellent organisational, planning, and time management skills.
• High attention to detail and strong problem-solving abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Preparing and managing purchase orders for stock replenishment and customer projects.
• Monitoring inventory levels and maintaining optimal stock holdings.
• Tracking supplier lead times and proactively managing purchase order delivery schedules.
• Liaising with suppliers, freight providers, customs brokers, and transport companies to ensure smooth product movement.
• Coordinating inbound shipments and customs clearance activities.
• Working closely with the Operations team to meet customer delivery expectations.
• Identifying new sourcing opportunities and alternative supply solutions.
• Negotiating pricing, terms, and service levels with suppliers and freight providers.
• Managing supplier performance and resolving quality or non-conformance issues.
• Maintaining accurate supplier, product, and pricing information within company systems.
