• Experience as Procurement Specialist in government or similar complex organisation.
• Ability to research and evaluate alternate delivery methods for goods, services, and works.
• Strong stakeholder engagement to inform procurement activities.
• Solid understanding of government procurement and contracting frameworks with probity and governance.

Responsabilités

• Lead procurement from planning to contract formation for diverse categories and high-value contracts.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to achieve optimal contract delivery within governance and probity rules.
• Develop procurement docs, manage RFIs, chair tender moderation, and prepare award recommendations.
• Coordinate contract development and negotiation with legal advice as needed.
• Develop KPIs and QA assessments for organisational contracts.
• Build relationships with internal/external stakeholders, respondents, contractors, staff.
• Provide training and guidance to internal officers on procurement activities.
