Snowy Hydro is seeking a Procurement Framework & Compliance Lead to own enterprise-wide procurement processes, governance tools, and training. Reporting to the Head of Procurement Governance & Assurance, you will standardise processes and ensure compliance with modern slavery and Australian procurement principles.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications, Business, Professional Writing, or equivalent practical experience.
• Proficient in MS Office, Google Workspace, process mapping tools (Visio, Lucidchart), and SharePoint.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication with outstanding attention to detail.

Responsabilités

• Draft, review, and maintain procurement procedures, tools, and documentation, aligned with Snowy Hydro's governance framework.
• Lead Snowy Hydro's annual Modern Slavery Statement with the Sustainability team for publication.
• Establish and administer document version control and central repository (SharePoint).
• Design, update, and manage a comprehensive procurement training program and workshops.
• Engage stakeholders, run risk panels, and drive continuous improvement across procurement.
