Job summary

Avant is seeking an experienced Manager of Procurement & Supplier Management to partner with business units and project teams across the organisation in Sydney. You will lead strategic sourcing initiatives, drive supplier governance, and ensure regulatory compliance, including APRA CPS 230.

Qualifications

Strong experience in procurement concepts, processes, activities and strategies.
Solid negotiation and category management skills.
Experience with Supplier Governance and APRA CPS 230 compliance.
Excellent collaboration skills and the ability to influence constructively.

Responsibilities

Support strategic sourcing initiatives from development through to contract and commercial negotiations and award.
Help stakeholders maintain robust supplier governance, due diligence and performance management, including CPS 230 compliance.
Support the implementation and ongoing maintenance of the vendor management system.
Monitor compliance with internal policies and regulatory requirements related to CPS 230.
Drive continuous improvement of procurement framework, policies and supplier templates; advise on risk-related initiatives.
