Job summary

Allens is seeking a proactive Team Executive to join our Sydney Practice Support team. You will work with Partners and senior legal operatives, gaining deep insight into the practice and driving high-quality administrative and financial support across matters.

You will influence stakeholders, manage upwards, and contribute to continuous improvements while supporting executives’ schedules and firm events. This role blends operational excellence with innovative, technology-driven practice

Qualifications

• Experience in a similar role, ideally in a law firm or professional services firm.
• Strong communication skills and attention to detail in drafting and presenting information.
• Ability to manage upwards and influence stakeholders to drive improvements.

Responsibilities

• Partner with Practice Executives to understand roles and mentor relationships.
• Assist with financials of matters including billing, e-billing, costs, reporting and archiving.
• Collaborate across teams to ensure high-quality services for internal and external stakeholders.
• Provide support during executives' leave and help organise firm events.
• Manage client requirements and life-cycle tasks to ensure consistent service delivery.
• Guide colleagues on drafting, documents, and practice management processes.
