The Reserve Bank of Australia seeks an experienced Senior Manager to head Portfolio Planning & Business Analysis within Enterprise Strategy & Change. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, align investment with strategic priorities, and shape roadmaps while balancing capacity and risk across key programs.

You will influence senior stakeholders, drive governance, and strengthen delivery practices, ensuring the Bank's strategic investments deliver enterprise outcomes for Australia.

Qualificações

• Significant experience leading portfolio planning, product ownership, or business analysis within a complex organisation.
• Ability to align technology and business initiatives with strategy and capacity.
• Proven track record influencing senior stakeholders and delivering cross-team outcomes.
• Demonstrated people leadership including coaching and mentoring high-performing teams.
• Strong understanding of portfolio governance, demand management, and investment prioritisation.
• Knowledge of enterprise tech environments, systems integration, cloud, and modern delivery practices.

Responsabilidades

• Lead enterprise portfolio planning, demand management and prioritisation across strategic initiatives.
• Align business objectives with technology capabilities, capacity and investment decisions.
• Lead and develop a multidisciplinary team of Product Owners, Business Analysts and Portfolio Analysts.
• Provide strategic advice to senior stakeholders on priorities and delivery risks.
• Oversee resource and financial planning to support portfolio execution.
• Partner with business and technology leaders to identify opportunities and mitigate risks.
• Strengthen portfolio management governance and delivery practices across the Bank.
