Job summary

Transgrid is seeking a Portfolio Delivery Manager to lead a portfolio of strategic business and technology initiatives within its Technology & Transformation division. This senior role drives complex transformation programs, improves processes and uplifts enterprise-wide delivery capabilities.

You will oversee end-to-end delivery across multiple programs, ensuring outcomes meet scope, budget, timeline and quality, while guiding high-performing teams and collaborating with senior leaders across

Qualifications

Experience leading large portfolios of technology, transformation and business-change initiatives.
Proven ability to lead delivery teams including senior project managers and program leaders.
Strong portfolio management, governance and financial management skills.

Responsibilities

Lead the delivery of a portfolio of strategic business and technology initiatives across scope, budget, timeline and quality.
Provide leadership, coaching and development to Project Managers and delivery teams.
Build strong relationships with business leaders and serve as the primary delivery interface for stakeholders.
Manage cross-functional dependencies and delivery risks to maximise value.
Drive governance, reporting, financial management and benefits realisation across the portfolio.
Partner with architecture, cyber, operations and vendors to ensure smooth transition into business operations.
Contribute to enterprise-wide delivery capability uplift through governance/framework improvements.
