Job summary

VGW Malta Limited is seeking a Head of Program Delivery to join its Product team in Perth or Sydney. You will provide a trusted view of what’s committed, at risk, and where priorities compete across our global brand and platform portfolio.

You’ll own planning, tracking and reporting at the portfolio level, enabling the business to see the whole picture, make informed decisions, and maintain delivery health.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program or portfolio management, with leadership experience.
• Track record managing a portfolio of concurrent cross-functional programs.
• Ability to hold senior stakeholders to account on delivery and timelines.
• Strong commercial instinct and ability to translate risk for leaders.
• Experience building a single source of truth across teams (Jira or equivalent).

Responsibilities

• Build and own a single view of portfolio health, aggregating delivery from across the business.
• Run tracking and reporting for complex cross-brand, cross-functional programs.
• Surface risks, conflicts and dependencies with clear context for action.
• Bring structure and rhythm to planning and prioritisation across the portfolio.
