Job summary

VGW is seeking a Head of Program Delivery to join our Product team in Sydney or Perth. You will provide leadership across a global brand and platform portfolio, delivering a single source of truth for delivery health and priority across teams.

You will own planning, tracking and reporting to enable confident decision-making at the highest level. You will lead a function, manage a team, and coordinate with Product and Commercial leaders to balance risk, timelines and delivery health, while

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program or portfolio management.
• Experience leading and building a function and managing a team.
• Track record running a portfolio of concurrent, cross-functional programs.
• Ability to hold senior stakeholders to account on delivery and timelines.

Responsibilities

• Build and own one clear view of portfolio and program health across the business.
• Run tracking and reporting for complex cross-brand, cross-functional programs.
• Surface risks, conflicts and dependencies early for leadership to act on.
• Bring structure and rhythm to planning and prioritisation across the portfolio.
