Job summary

VGW is seeking a Head of Program Delivery to join our Product team in Perth or Sydney. This role provides a clear, trusted view of what's committed, at risk, and where priorities compete across our global brand portfolio.

You will own how we plan, track and report delivery at portfolio level to help the business see the whole picture and make confident decisions. We are looking for 10+ years in program or portfolio management, with a track record running a portfolio of cross-functional programs

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program or portfolio management, including leading and building a function.
• Experience running a portfolio of cross-functional programs with delivery accountability.
• Ability to hold senior stakeholders to account on delivery timelines and risk.
• Experience creating a single source of truth for delivery across teams.

We have an exciting opportunity to join our Product team in Perth or Sydney and are currently looking for a Head of Program Delivery to join the team.

In this role you'll give our Product and Commercial leaders a clear, trusted view of what's committed, what's at risk, and where the priorities compete across our global brand and platform portfolio. You'll own how we plan, track and report delivery at a portfolio level, so the business can see the whole picture and make decisions with confidence.

Key responsibilities will include:

• Building and owning one clear view of portfolio and program health, drawing together delivery and status from teams across the business.
• Running tracking and reporting for our most complex cross-brand, cross-functional programs.
• Surfacing risks, conflicts and dependencies early, with enough context for leaders to act quickly.
• Bringing structure and rhythm to how we plan and prioritise across the portfolio.

What you will bring to the role:

• 10+ years in program or portfolio management, including leading and building a function and managing a team.
• A track record running a portfolio of concurrent, cross-functional programs with accountability for delivery health.
• Comfortable holding senior stakeholders to account on delivery and timelines while maintaining healthy relationships.
• A good commercial instinct, and the ability to translate risk into terms leaders can understand and apply.
• Experience building and running a single source of truth (Jira or equivalent) across teams at different levels of maturity.
