Job summary

VGW Australia is seeking a Head of Program Delivery to join our Product team in Perth or Sydney. You will provide a clear, trusted view of committed work, risks, and priorities across the brand and platform portfolio.

You'll own planning, tracking and reporting at the portfolio level, enabling leaders to see the whole picture and make informed decisions with confidence. Bring structure, rhythm and a single source of truth to delivery across teams.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in program or portfolio management.
• Experience leading a function and managing a team.
• Proven track record delivering a portfolio of cross-functional programs.
• Ability to hold senior stakeholders to account on delivery timelines.
• Experience using a single source of truth (Jira) across teams.

Responsibilities

• Build and own one clear view of portfolio health, drawing delivery/status from across the business.
• Run tracking and reporting for complex cross-brand programs.
• Surface risks, conflicts and dependencies early with context for leaders to act.
• Bring structure and rhythm to planning and prioritisation across the portfolio.
