Job summary

Suntory Global Spirits in Sydney seeks a Strategic PMO Manager Oceania to lead the end-to-end delivery of the Oceania RTD and FBS Innovation pipeline, from ideation through post-launch evaluation, aligning technical execution with business growth objectives.

You will build and develop a high-performing NPD PMO team through coaching and training while enabling strong cross-functional collaboration across R&D, Marketing, Commercial, Supply Chain, Manufacturing and Finance.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end delivery of the Oceania RTD and FBS Innovation pipeline.
• Develop and coach a high-performing NPD PMO team for cross-functional collaboration.
• Partner with Senior Leaders to improve processes, influence decisions and reduce delivery risk.
• Drive Stage Gate governance to accelerate commercialization.
