Job summary
Suntory Oceania seeks a Beverage Technical & Development Manager to lead technical excellence for beverage manufacturing across Oceania, driving best practice in formulation, processing, quality, sensory, raw materials and governance. You will lead a talented team of technical professionals while partnering with R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement, and manufacturing sites.
This role can be based in Auckland, New Zealand or Swanbank, QLD, Australia, close to our manufacturing sites.
Qualifications
- Bachelor-level or higher qualification in a relevant science or engineering discipline.
- Experience leading technical teams in beverage manufacturing settings.
- Proven ability to manage cross-functional projects and governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical excellence for beverage manufacturing across Oceania.
- Drive formulation, processing, quality, sensory, raw materials and governance.
- Coach and develop Product Technologists and Raw Materials experts.
- Collaborate with R&D, Supply Chain, Quality, Procurement and sites.
