Scyne Advisory Pty is seeking a senior Transformation Director to steer complex engagements for government agencies and public sector clients. You will bring extensive transformation program experience, advising on strategic planning, service design, and cost optimization across the project lifecycle.

We seek leaders with WA health or human services insight, capable of shaping policy, funding, commissioning, regulatory, and service delivery challenges.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of professional experience, preferably in management consulting or senior government roles.
• Deep domain expertise in the public sector with proven delivery leadership across complex programs.
• Strong commercial acumen to shape, price and grow a portfolio of work.
• Existing relationships with senior officials across relevant Australian government agencies.
• Ability to build and lead a practice, including people leadership and revenue accountability.
• Experience in leading, motivating, and coaching teams to achieve objectives.
• Ability to produce high-quality, impactful deliverables with PowerPoint and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Lead high-performing teams to design and deliver complex transformation engagements for government clients.
• Drive business development through client relationships, proposals, and government procurement processes.
• Contribute to firm-wide strategy, practice leadership and market positioning in transformation.
• Build and mentor consulting teams, enabling capability uplift across the delivery framework.
• Invest in your own development by expanding skills and staying current with industry insights.
