Job summary

Scyneadvisory is seeking a senior infrastructure advisory professional in Australia to lead multi-disciplinary projects for government and public sector clients. You will translate objectives into concrete strategies, develop robust financial models and manage workstreams across the infrastructure lifecycle.

You will mentor team members, contribute to proposals and deliver client-ready dashboards and analyses to inform decision-making.

Qualifications

• Degree in economics, project management, property or development, finance, business, commerce, engineering, law, urban planning or equivalent.
• Master's degree preferred.
• Experience delivering commercial, financial, economic or infrastructure advisory engagements, preferably for government or public sector clients.
• Ability to develop robust financial and Cost-Benefit Analysis models.
• Strong written and verbal communication; ability to present to client stakeholders.
• Experience with dashboards and geospatial outputs (Tableau, QGIS).

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day project and workstream delivery, translating client objectives into strategies, plans and high-quality advisory outcomes.
• Support clients across the infrastructure lifecycle including strategy, planning, business cases, procurement and financing.
• Analyse current systems, operating models and processes to identify shortcomings and improvement opportunities.
• Prepare reports, presentations and models within agreed timeframes and quality standards.
• Develop analytical models, data workflows, dashboards and outputs to inform decision-making.
• Coordinate inputs from specialists and mentor junior team members.
• Contribute to proposals and knowledge development within the consulting team.
• Build relationships with government and infrastructure client stakeholders.
• Plan and coordinate commercial, financial, economic and infrastructure advisory outcomes.
