• Lead the People Programs portfolio across Sydney Metro, encompassing culture, diversity and inclusion, engagement, recognition and capability development.
• Design, prioritise, integrate and deliver enterprise people programs translating strategy into evidence-based initiatives.
• Define and promote strategies with TfNSW to develop leadership capability within the organisation and transport enterprise.
• Translate process-driven business requirements into outcomes and act as trusted advisor to executives and senior leaders.
• Build collaborative relationships to meet stakeholders' expectations in a fast-paced environment with tight deadlines.
