Job summary

KPMG Australia is seeking a dynamic People & Inclusion Business Partner to lead strategic people initiatives and foster an inclusive culture across a large leadership cohort. You will deliver culture programs, advise on policy, and drive planning and engagement in a fast-paced professional services environment.

In a 12-month maximum term contract, you’ll partner with senior stakeholders, support wellbeing and change initiatives, and leverage data insights to inform decisions while guiding

Qualifications

• Strong business and commercial acumen with ability to understand strategy and markets.
• Excellent stakeholder and relationship management skills to influence across levels.
• Proven coaching and advisory capabilities to guide leaders through challenges.
• Track record of delivering large-scale projects with autonomy and adaptability.
• Commitment to inclusion and building an equitable workplace.
• Comfort using data/technology to inform people decisions.
• Experience in strategic workforce planning and/or organizational design/restructuring.

Responsibilities

• Lead with impact across a portfolio of 400+ employees/partners to deliver people strategies.
• Provide pragmatic, high-quality advice on people, inclusion, and culture, grounded in policy and legislation.
• Drive change by managing complex employee relations and wellbeing matters, supporting teams and leaders.
• Collaborate across People & Inclusion and Centres of Excellence to deliver integrated services.
• Own significant initiatives like restructures, mergers, and Workforce Planning activities.
• Empower decision-making with data through advanced technology and insights.
• Coach leaders to build inclusive, high-performing teams with wellbeing and psychological safety.
