KordaMentha in Melbourne is seeking a proactive Marketing Associate to support the Marketing & Design team. You will manage sponsorships, memberships and partnerships, coordinate events and benefits, and liaise with external partners and internal stakeholders with a strong service ethic and attention to detail.

Working autonomously, you will keep plans and trackers current, organise meetings, and drive improvements across marketing workflows.

Competenze

• Experience coordinating sponsorships, memberships, partnerships, events or executive stakeholders.
• Tertiary qualification in marketing, communications, commerce, business or equivalent experience is useful.
• Strong administrative experience in corporate, professional services, executive support, marketing or fast-paced environment.
• Demonstrated project coordination or project management skills, including managing multiple deadlines and stakeholders.
• A practical, service oriented approach and willingness to take ownership of detailed administrative work.
• Excellent organisation, attention to detail and follow-through.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills, with confidence dealing with senior internal stakeholders and external partners.
• Commercial awareness and the ability to assess whether activity is delivering useful value.
• Sound judgement, initiative and confidence to progress work independently while knowing when to seek direction.
• Proficiency across MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook and Teams.

• Manage sponsorships, memberships and partnerships, ensuring commitments, benefits, renewals and stakeholder expectations are delivered.
• Act as the primary liaison between external partners and internal stakeholders, building relationships and ensuring timely communication.
• Coordinate delivery of sponsorship and partnership benefits, including events, speaking opportunities, brand exposure, content contributions, training and hospitality.
• Identify opportunities to maximise value of sponsorship, membership and partnership investments.
• Monitor participation, engagement and ROI, providing insights to support renewal decisions.
• Coordinate contracts, approvals, invoices and documentation per firm policies.
• Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Marketing & Design team.
• Maintain team plans, marketing calendars, project trackers and databases.
• Coordinate meetings, agendas, action items and follow-ups.
• Drive continuous improvement across marketing processes and workflows.
