Job summary

Taylor seeks a Relationship Manager to work with the Head of Strategic Partnerships across strategic client relationships, market intelligence and pipeline management. You will research, report and progressively own selected client accounts, while partnering to shape strategic direction and engagement.

The role emphasizes relationship-led, commercially minded collaboration, with opportunities to grow into broader client leadership responsibilities within the construction and property sectors.

Qualifications

• 3+ years’ experience in client management, partnerships, business development or account management.
• Experience in property, construction, professional services or related industries.
• Proficiency in CRM systems such as Salesforce.
• Tertiary qualification in a relevant discipline is desirable.

Responsibilities

• Maintain account plans and stakeholder mapping to support relationship development
• Conduct regular client pulse checks to understand sentiment, relationship strength and emerging needs
• Progressively take ownership of selected client relationships and accounts as experience develops
• Research target clients, sectors and upcoming projects
• Monitor market, client and competitor activity to identify emerging opportunities
• Prepare client, project and market intelligence to support strategic decision-making
• Support pitches, EOIs and prequalification submissions with client intelligence and relationship continuity
• Coordinate pipeline updates across the business and prepare dashboards for reporting
