Pacific Talent Partners has been exclusively retained to appoint a National Business Development Manager to join a high-growth division within a prominent Australian manufacturer.

This executive role drives revenue growth by securing and managing high-stakes corporate partnerships and guiding the go-to-market strategy across national accounts. You will report to the General Manager and lead strategic efforts to win key opportunities and sustain growth.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of business development experience in manufacturing, packaging, freight, or industrial environments.
• Network within Tier 1 corporate space with ability to influence C-suite and operational stakeholders.
• Strong numerical and analytical skills with the ability to manage complex commercial negotiations.

Responsibilities

• Hunt New Accounts: act as the primary lead for major corporate accounts across supermarkets, QSR, petrol & convenience, and fleet/retail groups.
• Strategic Execution: set targets with the GM and execute a high-end GTM model focused on corporate operators.
• Market Intelligence: monitor competitive products and reactions to inform long-term strategy and product development.
• Operational Discipline: manage end-to-end sales process, CRM discipline, quotes, and professional presentations.
