Job summary

ParagonCare Orthopaedics seeks an Orthopaedic Territory Manager to drive sales and support hospitals and clinicians within the assigned territory. You will build relationships with Orthopaedic and Sports Medicine specialists, leverage clinical knowledge, and execute strategic plans to achieve portfolio growth.

The role requires 3–5 years in healthcare sales, operating theatre experience, and travel flexibility.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience in healthcare or medical devices.
• Experience providing clinical support or running capital trials in an operating theatre.
• Current driver’s license and willingness to travel within territory.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the assigned territory.
• Oversee and implement call and travel plans to deliver results.
• Ensure compliant use of CRM systems for planning and reporting.
• Build relationships with KOLs, consultants, fellows and allied health professionals to drive adoption.
• Represent ParagonCare in customer interactions upholding company values.
• Maintain product, clinical and technical expertise across orthopaedic portfolio.
