Job summary

ParagonCare is seeking an Orthopaedic Territory Manager to sell and support orthopaedic solutions to hospitals and clinicians, driving portfolio growth across public and private operating theatres in the assigned territory.

You will leverage clinical knowledge and strategic selling to build relationships with orthopaedic and sports medicine specialists, KOLs, and other stakeholders, and maintain high levels of product and clinical expertise while collaborating with internal teams to meet

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of sales experience in healthcare or medical devices.
• Experience in operating theatre environments or orthopaedics is preferred.
• Ability to communicate complex clinical information clearly.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic sales plan for the assigned territory.
• Oversee and implement call and travel plans that deliver results.
• Ensure accurate, timely and compliant use of CRM systems for planning, reporting and delivering results.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, Consultants, Fellows and Trainees and Allied Health professionals to drive product adoption and clinical advocacy.
• Support other territory managers and the business by covering areas outside the assigned territory as required.
• Represent ParagonCare in all customer interactions in a manner that demonstrates the Company's core values, integrity, transparency, customer partnership, teamwork, and accountability.
• Maintain a high level of product, clinical and technical expertise relevant to the Orthopaedic portfolio.
• Work collaboratively with internal stakeholders to support business objectives and growth initiatives.
• Achieve budget through effective product strategy, market development and commercial execution.
• Demonstrate flexibility with working hours and travel as required by business needs.
