Job summary

OneMD is seeking an experienced Territory Sales Manager – Orthopaedics to drive growth across your Brisbane territory and build strong surgeon partnerships. You will deliver in-theatre support, share clinical insights, and promote a premium orthopaedic portfolio backed by robust evidence.

Reporting to the Sales Director, you’ll own the territory, collaborate with the Business Development Manager, and deliver strategic account management to hospitals and surgeons while meeting growth targets and

Qualifications

• Minimum proven success in orthopaedic or medical device sales.
• Experience growing a sales territory with surgeons and hospital procurement teams.
• Strong understanding of orthopaedic implant systems and surgical procedures.
• Excellent relationship-building, negotiation and presentation skills.
• Proactive, organized and accountable approach to territory management.
• Experience using CRM systems to manage pipeline and forecasting.

Responsibilities

• Achieve and exceed territory sales and growth objectives.
• Develop new business opportunities while expanding surgeon relationships.
• Increase utilisation of the orthopaedic portfolio across your territory.
• Provide high-quality in-theatre clinical support and product expertise.
• Build trusted relationships with surgeons, theatre staff, procurement teams and hospital executives.
• Collaborate with Business Development, Clinical Education and Operations teams.
• Maintain accurate CRM activity, forecasting and pipeline management.
• Deliver educational presentations and product training to healthcare professionals.
• Provide market insights to support business strategy.
