Job summary

CAE Inc. is seeking an Operations and Service Delivery Lead to drive operational excellence across defence and aerospace projects.

You will manage a small team of Project Controllers, oversee governance, cost control, reporting and capacity planning to ensure successful outcomes for complex programs. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in operations or project controls, with leadership experience and eligibility for Defence clearance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Operations Management, Project Management, Engineering, Facilities Management or a related discipline.
• 7+ years' experience in operations, service delivery, project controls, project management or business operations.
• Experience in leading cross-functional teams and stakeholders.
• Experience in project governance, reporting, planning and performance management.
• Proven leadership experience managing and developing teams.
• Ability to work from Homebush, NSW site.
• Australian Citizenship and eligibility to obtain a Defence Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Lead Project Controllers and oversee project governance, scheduling and reporting activities.
• Drive project performance monitoring, forecasting, cost control and portfolio reporting.
• Lead workforce planning, resource allocation and capacity management across projects and operations.
• Provide project and operational analysis to support business planning and decision-making.
• Partner with customers, stakeholders and project teams to ensure successful delivery outcomes.
• Identify and implement continuous improvement initiatives across project control and operational processes.
