CAE is seeking an Operations and Service Delivery Lead in Sydney to guide a team of Project Controllers and coordinate governance, scheduling, forecasting and cost-control activities across multiple defence projects.
You will drive workforce planning, resource allocation and performance reporting, partnering with customers and stakeholders to ensure on-time delivery and continuous improvement across operations. Based at Homebush, NSW, Australia.
The Operations and Service Delivery Lead is responsible for leading a broad range of operational and service delivery support functions, including project governance and administration, project cost control, business reporting and resource planning. Reporting to the Manager, Integration and Service Delivery, this role leads a small team of Project Controllers and acts as the key integration point between customers, business stakeholders, project teams, service providers and operational teams. This is an exciting leadership opportunity to drive operational excellence, improve service delivery outcomes and influence business performance across a complex Defence and Aerospace environment.
