CAE Inc. is seeking an Operations and Service Delivery Lead to drive operational excellence across defence and aerospace projects.
You will manage a small team of Project Controllers, oversee governance, cost control, reporting and capacity planning to ensure successful outcomes for complex programs. The role requires a Bachelor's degree and 7+ years in operations or project controls, with leadership experience and eligibility for Defence clearance.

The Operations and Service Delivery Lead is responsible for leading a broad range of operational and service delivery support functions, including project governance and administration, project cost control, business reporting and resource planning. Reporting to the Manager, Integration and Service Delivery, this role leads a small team of Project Controllers and acts as the key integration point between customers, business stakeholders, project teams, service providers and operational teams. This is an exciting leadership opportunity to drive operational excellence, improve service delivery outcomes and influence business performance across a complex Defence and Aerospace environment.
