Job summary

Michael Page Australia is recruiting for Head of Supply Chain & Operations for a global FMCG client in Australia. You will own end-to-end supply chain and manufacturing, lead SAP S/4HANA transformation from design to go-live, and sit on the leadership team.

You will redesign end-to-end processes, build data and analytics, manage capex and site upgrades, and drive safety, sustainability and on-site performance across ANZ.

Qualifications

• Experience leading in a complex, large manufacturing environment.
• ERP implementation experience, SAP preferred.
• Proven ability to redesign end-to-end supply chain processes.
• Strong leadership and budget management capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead the supply chain and operations side of an SAP S/4HANA transformation from design to go-live and stabilisation.
• Redesign plan, source, make and deliver processes to one operating model.
• Build data, reporting and analytics to enable better decisions, including AI use cases.
• Partner with CFO, transformation team and IT; lead from the front as a business leader.
• Own capex planning and drive automation, capacity and site upgrades.
