Job summary

The Sheriff’s Office of Western Australia is seeking a permanent, full-time Manager Operations and Capability to lead training, logistics and policy functions across the organisation. You will oversee the Sheriff Operations Centre (SOC) and provide strategic advice on operational risks, trends and capability development to support statewide excellence in service delivery.

Lead training, logistics and policy functions for operational capability.
Oversee the Sheriff Operations Centre (SOC) to enable real-time statewide awareness.
Provide strategic advice on trends, risks and capability development.
Contribute to emergency management arrangements and coordinated responses across WA courts.
