Job summary

Victoria State Emergency Service is seeking a specialist who applies advanced knowledge of training frameworks and operational requirements to solve complex capability and workforce development challenges at unit and regional levels.

The role partners with the Operations Manager Learning & Development, OO-LT, and Unit Support Teams to deliver competency-based training programs and maintain skills, with frequent regional travel including overnight stays.

Qualifications

• Advanced knowledge of training frameworks and operational requirements.
• Experience identifying training gaps and implementing targeted plans.
• Willingness to travel regionally, including overnight stays.

Responsibilities
