You will drive current and future state analyses, collaborate with change management, and deliver evidence-based recommendations that advance university-wide transformation

Qualifications

• Tertiary qualifications with substantial leadership experience in business analysis and operating model design.
• Proven ability to translate business requirements into governance, process, and technology frameworks.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing complex stakeholder networks.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Canberra City Precinct operating model work, translating business architecture into governance, process, technology, and performance frameworks.
• Conduct current-state assessments, gap analyses, and future-state modelling to inform recommendations.
• Facilitate co-design workshops with faculties, divisions and partners to balance local needs with enterprise standards.
• Provide leadership to direct and indirect teams, creating accountability and development opportunities.
• Offer strategic advice and coaching to leaders through significant organisational change.
• Contribute to systems and tools that improve operating model effectiveness and organisational capability.
• Align operating model initiatives with governance bodies, KPIs, dashboards and continuous improvement.
