• 5+ years leading business analysis teams.
• 7+ years in operating model design or enterprise workforce transformation.
• Proven consultation, influencing, and negotiation skills with diverse stakeholders.
• Collaborative leadership style with accountability and commercial awareness.
• Ability to lead through ambiguity and competing priorities.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and initiative-driven capabilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end Canberra City Precinct workforce design and translate business architecture into governance, process, technology and performance frameworks.
• Conduct current-state assessments, gap analyses and future-state modelling to evaluate feasibility and risks.
• Facilitate cross-functional workshops with faculties, divisions and partners to balance local requirements with enterprise standards.
• Provide leadership to direct and indirect teams, creating clarity and opportunities for capability development.
• Offer strategic advice, facilitation and coaching to leaders through organisational change.
• Contribute to systems and tools that improve operating model effectiveness and capability.
• Align operating model initiatives with governance bodies and establish KPIs and dashboards.
