Job summary

The Network is seeking a Senior/Lead Business Analyst to join a major Federal Government program based in Canberra. The role focuses on leading business modelling, process improvement, and strategic analysis across complex ICT initiatives.

You will drive requirements definition, feasibility assessments and future-state processes, while facilitating workshops with senior stakeholders and ICT teams to align options and outcomes. Canberra-based, long-term contract preferred.

Qualifications

Strong across business modelling, process improvement, complex requirements and strategic analysis.
Demonstrated expertise in business process improvement, business situation analysis, feasibility assessment and requirements management.
Excellent stakeholder engagement and consultancy skills, with the ability to influence, facilitate and gain agreement across competing business and technical priorities.

Responsibilities

Lead business modelling, process mapping, gap analysis and requirements definition across complex ICT initiatives.
Develop solution blueprints, business/functional specifications, feasibility assessments and future-state processes.
Facilitate workshops and work closely with business, ICT and senior stakeholders to evaluate options, resolve ambiguity and drive agreed outcomes.
