Job summary

CIA Lawyers Australia is seeking a Registered Migration Agent or Immigration Lawyer to join our growing team. You will manage immigration matters from initial consultation through to outcome, and provide clear advice on visa options and pathways.

Responsibilities include preparing and lodging visa applications, liaising with clients, employers and the Department of Home Affairs, and maintaining accurate files with strict deadlines.

Qualifications

• Current OMARA registration or admission as an Australian legal practitioner with a current practising certificate.
• Experience in Australian immigration law and visa applications.
• Strong drafting, communication and organisational skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage immigration matters from initial consultation through to outcome.
