Job summary

Responsibilities include preparing and lodging visa applications, liaising with clients, employers and the Department of Home Affairs, and maintaining accurate files with strict deadlines.

Qualifications

• Current OMARA registration or admission as an Australian legal practitioner with a current practising certificate.
• Experience in Australian immigration law and visa applications.
• Strong drafting, communication and organisational skills.
