Capricorn Australian Skilled Migration is seeking a Registered Migration Agent to advise individuals and businesses through the Australian visa process. You will assess needs, prepare and lodge applications, and advocate for clients with the Department of Home Affairs.

A strong grasp of immigration law and excellent client service are essential. The role offers flexible work arrangements and a collaborative team culture within a leading migration services firm.

Qualifications

• OMARA registration and current status with the Office of the Migration Agents Registration Authority (OMARA).
• 3+ years experience as a Registered Migration Agent or in a migration advisory role.
• Strong knowledge of Australian visa categories, processes and immigration law.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with diverse clients.
• Strong problem-solving and analytical abilities for complex cases.
• Commitment to delivering exceptional client service and outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Assess client migration needs and develop tailored visa strategies.
• Prepare and lodge visa applications with all required evidence.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of Australian immigration law and policies.
• Advocate for clients with the Department of Home Affairs.
• Assist clients with gathering documentation and supporting evidence.
