Job summary

Lime Recruitment is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to support the IPS ICT Program in Brisbane. You will manage complex schedules, identify milestones, and ensure alignment with governance frameworks across PRINCE2, Agile, and Hybrid methodologies.

Strong analytical and independent-working skills are essential, with excellent collaboration across program managers, analysts and external agencies to mitigate risks and drive on-time delivery.

Qualifications

• Experience using Microsoft Project Professional to develop and manage complex project schedules.
• Experience aligning schedules with governance frameworks such as PRINCE2, Agile, or Hybrid.
• Ability to work independently with minimal direction and coordinate resources based on data analysis.
• Strong collaboration with program leaders, SMEs, technical architects, and external entities.
• Qualifications or professional accreditations in project management (PRINCE2, PMP/PMBOK, Agile/SAFe) are desirable.

Responsibilities

• Develop schedule management plan with quality standards and development process.
• Collaborate with Project Managers to develop and maintain IPS ICT schedules, identifying milestones and critical paths.
• Liaise with PMs, BAs, technical teams, vendors and agencies to manage dependencies.
• Assess schedules and progress, identify risks/issues early and escalate.
• Create and maintain dependency registers across programs.
• Align schedules with DCMA 14-point assessment.
