Job summary

Aspirante is seeking an experienced Master Scheduler to support the In Plain Sight ICT Program for the Queensland Government. You will develop and maintain schedules across interdependent ICT projects, identifying milestones, dependencies and resource needs.

Working with project managers, analysts and vendors, you will drive schedule governance, monitor progress, and report to program leadership to help deliver the centralised child safeguarding hub and case management system by the program

Qualifications

• Extensive experience developing and maintaining complex project and program schedules.
• Proficient with Microsoft Project Professional.
• Experience coordinating schedules across multiple ICT projects.
• Strong knowledge of critical path analysis, milestones and dependencies.
• Experience delivering schedules in governance environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement the program’s schedule management plan, including schedule quality standards and maintenance processes.
• Work with Project Managers to develop and maintain detailed project and program schedules.
• Identify key milestones, critical paths, dependencies and resource requirements.
• Integrate and coordinate multiple project schedules across the broader ICT Program.
• Liaise with program and project managers, business analysts, technical specialists, vendors and external government agencies.
• Evaluate schedule progress and performance and identify emerging risks, issues or delivery concerns.
• Escalate material schedule impacts and provide clear reporting to program leadership.
• Develop and maintain project and program dependency registers.
• Support strong scheduling governance and reporting disciplines.
• Pragmatically align schedules with the DCMA 14-point schedule assessment.
