Job summary

Macquarie Health Corporation (MHC) is recruiting a mid-level management accountant with systems experience to partner with executives and improve financial performance across NSW and Victoria hospitals. Reporting to the Group Finance Director, you will prepare monthly reports, forecast quarters, budgets, and provide insightful commentary to senior leadership.

You will drive FP&A process improvements, track KPIs, and collaborate with Hospital Senior Managers, Corporate Managers, and the Corporate

Qualifications

3–5 years of management accounting or financial analysis experience.
Bachelor's degree with CPA or CA qualification.
Experience in multi-site operation environments, preferably healthcare.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly management reports with variance analysis and KPIs.
Review performance with Unit Managers and provide insightful commentary to leadership.
Lead quarterly forecasts, annual budgets, and management reporting.
Drive continuous improvements to FP&A processes and reporting accuracy.
Monitor KPIs and trend data to support data-driven decisions.
Collaborate with Hospital Senior Managers, Corporate Managers, and Finance teams.
Act as a financial partner to internal and external stakeholders.
Develop Business Plans for business units.
