Gold Coast Health's Financial Services Division is seeking a Manager (Management Accounting) to drive quality assurance and strategic financial support for the Gold Coast Health system. The role focuses on advising project managers and service directors, while aligning budgets with organisational goals.

The successful candidate will hold a tertiary degree in Business/Finance/Commerce and a CPA/CA equivalent, with an understanding of regulatory environments.

Formación

• Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance or Commerce mandatory.
• CPA or CA equivalent qualification mandatory.
• Understanding regulatory environment for statutory bodies/health services is advantageous.
• Declaration of serious discipline history must be disclosed.
• Criminal History Screening required; cost covered by GCH.

Responsabilidades

• Provide quality assurance and business advice to Project Managers and Service Directors.
• Lead consultation with internal and external stakeholders to quantify future financial implications.
• Develop policies and procedures to strengthen internal financial controls.
• Ensure budget alignment with the Hospital and Health Service's strategic and operational objectives.

Educación

Tertiary qualification in Business, Finance or Commerce

Accounting professional qualification equivalent to CPA or CA
