Job summary

RAC is seeking a Workstream Delivery Analyst to provide analytical, documentation and administrative support for a complex M&A program. The role links project workstreams with the program management office to enable timely delivery, with duties spanning analysis, reporting, and meeting coordination.

The position starts as a 12-month max-term contract, offering opportunities to influence governance and ensure delivery against plan.

Qualifications

Proven experience in a project delivery, PMO, or project analyst role within a program environment.
Strong analytical capability with data analysis and reporting.
Experience coordinating actions to support executive-level decision-making.

Responsibilities

Coordinating stakeholder engagement through meetings and working groups to drive project progress.
Supporting governance and delivery by maintaining schedules, RAID registers, and documentation.
Collaborating with cross-functional teams to align with business requirements and objectives.
Preparing reports, briefs, and presentations for leadership and governance forums.
Monitoring performance by sourcing and reporting data to identify risks and dependencies.
Assisting with financial tracking including reconciliation of budgets, forecasts and resource utilisation.
Contributing to continuous improvement and post-implementation reviews.
