Job summary

RAC WA is seeking a senior data analytics leader to drive planning and development of change initiatives within the Data Team and formalise strategy documentation to ensure business requirements are met. You will coach Data Analysts and Senior Data Analysts to support capability growth and ongoing career development.

You will manage stakeholder relationships, provide SME contributions for analytics capability initiatives, and ensure governance and compliance processes are followed for analytics

Qualifications

Experience leading data analytics teams and initiatives.
Strong data management practices and enterprise information assets knowledge.
Ability to develop and execute data strategies aligned with business objectives.
Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

Lead and manage a team of data analysts and data information experts.
Advise stakeholders to drive data‑driven decision making.
Govern data analytics programs with risk and governance processes.
