Job summary

Warrnambool City Council seeks an exceptional Service Manager Library and Learning Centre to lead its award-winning hub in Warrnambool. You will set strategic direction, drive operations, and ensure the centre remains accessible, innovative and deeply connected to the community.

You will manage a dedicated team, report to the Manager Recreation & Culture, and partner with Council and community stakeholders to shape learning and engagement opportunities for people of all ages.

• Lead the strategic direction and day-to-day delivery of the Library and Learning Centre.
• Provide strategic leadership across the service and collaborate with Council and community partners.
• Inspire and manage a passionate team to deliver high quality customer experiences.
