You will partner with multiple business units and engage stakeholders to understand development needs, aiming to boost employee and leadership capabilities and improve engagement and retention. The role emphasises collaboration, adaptability, and impact across teams.

Qualifications

• University degree in Human Resources, Training and Development, Adult Education or a related field is essential.
• Extensive experience in Learning & Development roles with a focus on stakeholder engagement.
• Proven ability to develop effective training programs and facilitate workshops that cater to diverse learning styles.
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, capable of influencing and building relationships at all organisational levels.
