Job summary

Capstone Recruitment is seeking a senior leader to own governance, assurance and strategy across a complex, high-risk technical property function. You will lead a team of around 20 professionals overseeing Asset Management, Engineering, Sustainability and Security for a national asset portfolio.

Ideal candidates will have proven senior leadership, deep governance/compliance experience, and a strong CRE background with facilities management expertise.

Qualifications

• Proven senior leadership and stakeholder management experience.
• Strong strategic capacity across a technical property leadership function.
• Solid understanding of governance and compliance requirements.
• Sound knowledge of M&E building services and facilities management.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of around 20 professionals delivering excellence across asset management and engineering.
• Drive governance, compliance, procedural improvements and operational efficiency.
• Provide expert advice to manage risk for secure and mission-critical assets.
• Develop strategic asset management and organisational strategy for a national portfolio.
