Job summary

BOQ Group is seeking a Data Analyst to join the Customer Remediation, Product Governance & Quality team in Sydney. You will extract, validate and analyse customer and financial data, producing reporting and insights to support remediation programs and informed decisions.

You will work with remediation specialists, analysts and product owners to develop dashboards and analytical solutions, ensuring data quality and governance while enabling cross-functional decision-making.

Qualifications

• Experience in data analysis, reporting or a related field.
• Around two years' experience in data analytics or a similar role.
• Exposure to customer, account, transaction or financial data.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and data validation skills.
• Experience using SQL, SAS, Python, R Studio, DAX, Power BI or similar platforms.

Responsibilities

• Extract, validate and analyse customer and financial data to support remediation programs.
• Produce reporting and insights, supporting decision-making through analytics.
• Develop and maintain dashboards and analytical solutions for business and regulatory needs.
• Identify customer impacts and contribute to remediation activities through data analysis.
• Build strong relationships with internal stakeholders and vendors to enable project delivery.
