Job summary

Macquarie Group’s Remediation Data Analytics team delivers remediation programs and control reporting across Banking and Financial Services. Partnering with Product and Data teams, you will analyze data to determine customer compensation for errors and incorrect charges, while designing reports to detect and prevent recurrence.

You will work across multiple product areas, identify impacted populations, calculate compensation, and develop ongoing risk visibility through SQL, Python, and AI tools,

Qualifications

• Proven experience in data or analytics.
• Strong SQL and Python skills for large datasets.
• Active user of AI tools to accelerate analysis.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management.
• Willingness to learn about financial products.
• Collaborative and adaptable mindset.
• Remediation experience in financial services is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Analyse remediation initiatives across Banking and Financial Services.
• Identify impacted customer populations and calculate compensation.
