Job summary

City of Moreton Bay is seeking a Coordinator – Precinct Infrastructure Planning to lead a specialist team delivering precinct-scale infrastructure planning programs. You will shape growth priorities, coordinate across portfolios, and deliver policy outcomes within statutory frameworks.

We expect a strategic thinker with leadership and strong communication skills, capable of driving integrated infrastructure networks and investment decisions across growth precincts.

Qualifications

• Experience leading precinct-scale infrastructure planning strategies within a complex organisation.
• Strong understanding of infrastructure network planning, funding and statutory frameworks.
• Proven ability to translate complex issues into clear recommendations and reports.

Responsibilities

• Lead a specialist team delivering precinct-scale infrastructure network planning programs and policy outcomes.
• Coordinate priorities to ensure high-quality, timely delivery within legislative requirements.
• Develop integrated, costed, sequenced infrastructure planning strategies across growth precincts and infill areas.
• Provide strategic advice, manage compliance and risk, and support long-term investment decisions.
