Job summary

The Next Step is seeking a strategic Head of Leadership Development & Learning to drive the organisation's leadership and capability agenda. You will shape leadership strategies, frameworks and programs that build capability, support succession planning and enable growth across a complex organisation.

Reporting to the Executive General Manager, People, you will work with executives to translate ideas into practical learning solutions that deliver measurable outcomes and foster a high-performing

Qualifications

• Experience designing and implementing enterprise-wide leadership strategies.
• Proven track record in leadership development within complex environments.
• Experience in succession planning, talent management and capability building.

Responsibilities

• Lead leadership development, onboarding, graduate development and compliance learning.
• Design and deliver fit-for-purpose leadership frameworks and programs.
• Oversee leadership assessment, capability initiatives and organisational gaps.
• Coach and support a Learning Specialist and graduate cohort; partner with senior stakeholders.
